It's almost like running a hotel rather than a rental property.

We don't have a letter, but we moved a family to a hotel for a week when we remodeled their apartment.

Hi All, the agenda for Note Expo shows a reception at 5:30 in the marketplace area where we will see most of each other, so I'm thinking we try to gather together there at 6:30 or we could meet at the hotel bar at 7.

I'm staying in hotel not far from the airport, and have all day 10/19 riding around with the seller. 

And finally, in living in the this same community, i have recently learned that an empty lot across the street from the condo is becoming a 5-star hotel equipped with multiple restaurants.  

@Angela Jackson I am nowhere near the area, but I really appreciate when members tell about deals like this because the hotel room liquidations are great for nicely and inexpensively staging a home.

THEN  for the cost of a plane ticket and hotel for a few days of head to head meetings I think is a great investment. 

There are opportunities if you own a slum hotel  as you can rent out hotel rooms (up to 30% of them I believe) to the county for welfare and indigents for up to $3000 hello $3000 a room!
