In researching properties today, I found a number of examples in the seattle area where multiple separate buildings on one parcel are logged as "present use" with the total units.

I noticed this upon buying the building, insisted on seeing ID, got the proper spelling of his name, and found four evictions.

For example, the top 5 rated realtors on one website cannot be found on the other website, which really makes me doubt the reliability. 

I looked up just the street name and found that address tied to Bongo Stays in complaints sent to the better business bureau site. 

I found that most investors are not paying attention enough to the zoning and opportunities available to each property.

I found this deal through MLS listings.

While this number is overall very low as it pencils out to only about a 4% return per year, I found it interesting that my dividends were twice what the appreciation was considering this was supposedly a growth fund and not a dividend fund like their heartland REIT.
