I was trying to put my finger on what I don't like about video and that is it. 

Sorry, but your post just rubbed me the wrong way, I know it's out of ignorance but it was the delivery that struck a cord, why don't you do a little research on members here before you stick your foot in your mouth pointing your crooked finger. 

You must constantly have your finger on the pulse of your market, and more importantly, you need to be prepared to change when your market changes.

As I walk in the front door I am hit with a pungent odor that I can't quite put my finger on.After a couple minutes of talking to one of the tenants I realize it is the smell of fresh game (love me some deer steak).

JK Rowling can sit back and collect checks for the rest of her life without lifting a finger but she still had to put in the initial time/energy to write and get the books published.

Wear some heavy dishwater type gloves so you can still feel the work without getting that stuff under your finger nails, looks nasty.

In the latter, we decided on who will do what so there will be no finger-pointing down the road as to who should have done what tasks - who is responsible is clear from the very beginning.
