Well that is exactly what a subdivision does not allow.I am not experienced with buying or dealing with land so take my response with a grain of salt... but logic has it.. if I were to  buy land I would not buy in subdivision!

@John HamiltonI live and work in Colorado Springs, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I think you should stick with it.

I am not an electrician so take my advice with a grain of salt but I would listen to the experts.

@Brandon Pace - Google "salt lake city real estate wholesalers" and go to each business directly and sign up for their buyers list.

I find that when talking to neighbors, what I would consider a 20k rehab is 50k in their minds, so take that with a grain of salt.

But take that with a grain of salt, as we were not doing the marketing that we needed to due to the wedding planning and me being out of town for 7 months.

Denver and Salt Lake City shouldn't be too different, but every property I purchase, I pay $100 for a meth test.
