Well that is exactly what a subdivision does not allow.I am not experienced with buying or dealing with land so take my response with a grain of salt... but logic has it.. if I were to buy land I would not buy in subdivision!

I find that when talking to neighbors, what I would consider a 20k rehab is 50k in their minds, so take that with a grain of salt.
