Ive been carrying for decades and often "open carry", in fact many people who dont know me assume Im law enforcement as Im dressed business casual with an openly carried pistol.That said, its not a choice the "if im visiting a property" as I believe a gun is very much like your seatbelt... you don't try to snap it on right before an accident - do you?

I know this is a dumb thing but you have to dress the part and if you show up with a windows laptop to a client meeting it looks sloppy.

Bit of an odd question but how do you wholesalers dress when meeting a potential seller for the first time?

Many California investors know that most of the properties we are being sent to our inbox are pigs dressed up to look nice, but since we can’t see the area, then we can get scammed.

IT’S WHO YOU KNOW— Dress up super nice and be very humble and/or waterworks sad and call/visit the County clerk, get them on your side, then go call/visit the city mayor, city administrator (often last longer than mayors), and get them to talk to the clerk/severing person for you.

I would dress well and drive Uber/Lyft as I was working digitally as a realtor.
