Lease Option - Negotiate a lease with the seller that you are the tenant with the right to sublease to a 3rd party. 

The market for buyers on QCD is going to be smaller so you are limiting your market with a QCD but we buy/sell homes all the time via QCD just need to find the right parties.  

Banks can share information relevant to a borrower's creditworthiness with credit bureaus but cannot disclose specific loan details to third parties without the borrower's consent.

He also said as long as I don’t have 20 people partying and living in it I am ok.Now I went to speak with the lady who reported me and of course she acted like what I was doing was so amazing ect.

I was under the impression that it is best for tenants to not know that their property manager is the landlord so they appear to represent both parties.
