you can contact building department and see what the hours of operation are.. and make builder adhere to that.

It seems as if the citizens and the police department are making strong improvements to improve safety.

That's pretty much what anyone else would do because they'd have to go through your state department to register an entity.

I got a call today from the police department. 

If the area is zoned for 3-family, then it’s far from a hop skip and jump to get this cleared with zoning department.

I asked my lender if I could do this and she said her department does not do conventional loans and lenders have different requirements.

It sure would be nice if they had a department or employee in charge of explaining the ins and outs of the program they want everyone to use.
