This place gets over $500 a night in Solara to give you an idea of decor: Does Solara rent out as well as Champions Gate? 

Theming.I have a well themed 9br in Champions Gate (link below) that I went live with in October that is doing very well. 

I have the opportunity to get a 7 Bedroom house in Champions Gate and I am wondering what I can expect to do in annual revenue as a short term rental?

Hello everyone We are looking to buy an STR in Windsor hills or champions gate .

The professional investors who play in the big leagues do houses, condo's, flipping, wholesaling, commercial, retail, office, industrial, warehouse, vacation rentals, short term, AIRBNBs, event venue's, and a hundred other strategies.

Strongly considering greater Disney World/Orlando area for STR specifically in Champions Gate/Windsor Hills areas.

However, when it comes to STR, we talk mainly about Osceola County (Kissimmee and fancy Champions Gate), and some Polk county (Davenport).

I realize that my not calling you won't hurt you in the least, so I intend to tell everyone I run into in the grocery store, at church, Boy Scout meetings, Little League games, in fact everyone I meet; that I dont' think they should use your services".Feel free to shorten it to suit your personality.I have and will in the future said/written this to people who didn't value my time or the money they could have earned from my business!

The extra paperwork today is ok but giving up too much personal info can be a pain since (they) banks are in league with the IRS for most part.
