Granted, I'm on the high end as far as rent and amenities in the area...ie-stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops.First, it was the tub reglaze paint was chipped and she felt it was a health hazard and would get in her "woman parts."  

If you don't, contractors will walk all over you and treat you like the way many of of have heard of the "mechanic taking advantage of the single woman".

Again, I apologize and just so you know it should have been "her" points --- I am a woman.

Was just listening to the latest podcast and @Brandon Turner mentioned that his RE biz was a woman owned business. 

The woman's dog was doing the selection, showings were quick and price was no object.

Clearly, the woman wasn't bit THAT badly if she could still make her flight off to the tropics the next day.This dog is a K-9...not just any dog. 

If the husband died a month ago, it's still too early for anybody to be threatening to kick anybody out.My advice: contact a real estate professional near where the woman lives.

That woman knows her next place to stay is a cardboard box as long as she owns that dog.

Would you ask this proactive judge to appoint a guardian for this woman?

Turns out the aggressive cop was drunk and thought he was just shooting a random citizen, not another cop...the trial started today in my area: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22965019/ Luckily the other officer acted heroically, took his job seriously and was willing to risk his life to save the woman from the drunk idiot cop.
