Some things they consider acceptable....moving in grown children and their live in partners, pets without landlord permission,  modifications to unit without permission, bringing in curbside cast off furniture containing bed bugs etc.........Finding regular tenants that pay on time will be far less work and stress than S8.Additionally inspections can be a major pain.

If you have jaw pain, popping when opening wide, etc. report that and any other jaw issues to the VA for your compensation.

From my experience shoreline certification can be a pain. 6 months to 12 months is realistic and then they are only valid for a certain period of time so if you do not finish the project in time they will expire and have to get another one.

Thing is, they never yell TOO LOUD, just loudly enough to be a pain to the people in their immediate vicinity, and they don't play music or anything.
