There is no ideology without flaws, They all have them.

However your cognitive skills are flawed.

My contractor poured it while it was raining and then covered part of the patio with plastic sheeting, while allowing other parts not affected by rain to remain uncovered.

. :-)I thought the flaw was in the marble itself and that was opening up the finish.

The home inspection uncovered some other issues so know I'm even asking for a reduction down to $60k.  

You will likely uncover a lot of deferred repairs after you own it.Roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on this one, it might prove to be worth running it through the calculator!  

There is no title flaw here.
