Sadly, this isn't very common in a world in which there are too many people "snake oil salesmen" taking advantage of unsuspecting investors.Then, if you have the financing, you can give financing to your buyers.

I don't charge an extra deposit for pets, but I do charge pet rent of $25/month/pet, with a limit of 3 pets - dog, cat, bird, lizard, snake, whatever. 

Yes we can spay birds and guinea pigs, and lions and snakes, and pretty much anything with a uterus.  

Not to mention more tangible items like the Thunder and consistent population growth.
