The member continued to say that if you have 1 million subscribers and they did one calculator per week that would equal a lot of address for “someone” to have access to.

I also dont subscribe to the less debt is better for a number of reasons.

Many times a skipper won't give their next address--yours is probably not the only bill they ran out on.You can subscribe to a skip/trace service. 

For $39.80 you can subscribe to https://www.foreclosure.com/ I did for a while and they have an alert system that will send notifications to your e-mail and a free period so you can try them out before committing or making the first payment.

It would be considered a calendar they "subscribe" to, and all they need is the .ical link you'd use to sync your AirBNB/VRBO calendars.
