Just our of curiosity, if this garbage was pulled on your mother, sister, brother, or best friend would you laugh it off as "just business" or would you be upset that a scammer caused them problems?

Melanie does have her sister and brother in law staying with her in case Julie shows back up. 

Yesterday my sister came home to vacuum the house, because the loud noise coming from the vacuum, she asked my sister not to vacuum when she's working.

I then look up the sister's name on the county site, and sure enough, two deeds come up with her and the mom, separated by a month. 

My son took his classes through Kaplan online for license and passed the test no problem, my daughter and sister both used First Tuesday, for continuing ed but ended up not using it and bought Allied.

I had to chuckle at this one, as my dad did the same thing my sister and I when were kids (and we fleed the scene screaming, too!).

She made it clear that her sister  was a lawyer  and that she  knew her rights. she also said I was being misleading and dishonest.

My father has offered to sell me the family house I grew up in, which was originally out of budget at around $450,000 but then surprised me saying he would sell me the house for $350,000 and that difference of $100,000 would be distributed to my brother and sister in the form of his life insurance payout when he passes away.

Hence no sister on the title.

And as you can imagine, the mother and sister moved out after 2 months and the original tenant basically said "Nah nah, you can't make me pay more than what rental assistance gives me".
