Over the past week, he’s been glued to his computer, looking at rental properties, analyzing listings, asking questions about cash flow and what makes a great single family home a *good investment*. 

I am considering small multi family homes or single family homes.

Just wondering, are you only looking at single family properties or considering multi-family too?

I have only been pushed back once or twice on the loan/origination fee, but I get push back on the interest rate every single time.
