I haven’t run the credit checks yet because I normally would simply reject when I was informed the required credit scores weren’t met.

Prior to understanding how to cashflow, I made to real estate investments simply because I didn't want my money sitting in the back. 

There are more, my question to you is: Would you have discovered these issues based on your experience?

Some people come every year near same time whether snowbirds, for parent/child birthday, or simply because they have a favorite time to book.  

A fridge keeps food fresh longer, a car saves time by reducing the need to walk everywhere, and buying a house ensures your money doesn’t simply expire like rent.But as investors, we’re aiming for something bigger.

You simply will not find that product. 

I simply said they were overpaid.

That said, the most money to be made in residential rental real estate is in C/D class housing in areas on the verge of becoming "discovered" and the influx of residents and investment money driving up prices (the equity that makes you rich).

Over the years for various reasons a few of my tenants have discovered where I live.
