I will say this short term sacrifice can lead to major long term gains.  

Some things you just learn by picking up the phone and talking to boots-on-the-ground.Long story short, there are many markets that could work (you've alluded to some in your post, and almost every market already mentioned in this thread is a solid pick). 

In the short term, there can definitely be some financial downs, but long term, you will pass everyone up!

To think short term on these interest rates and terms if the numbers work...You are crushing it and your sole focus should be growing...often there are short-term sacrifices for long term growth

Then, with that in mind, determine your mid and short term goals.
