I have couple of option:A) Hire a pest control company and takecare of the problem, they wouldcheck and seal all opening on roof, set traps and clean out attic to get rid of rodent scent and droppings and decontaminate if necessary.

Alexis W.Also, this is not legal advice, go find a competent FL Lawyer and get the record sealed/expunged.Witholding adjudication is a Florida specific thing and seems to mean you were never formally convicted, so it may not show up on a record beyond the arrest.

(You also don't have to use SIP roof panels with SIP construction.)I would also note that the SIPs create a very tightly sealed structure, so you are going to want to provide active ventilation such as an energy recovery ventilator.
