You might also want to scrub the walls down with TSP solution and rinse it if there's still a lot of wallpaper residue clinging to it.

Get a software for $70 like Scrub DNC and upload both DNC files (federal & state) in to that, you will have a few million numbers that are on those two files.Now, when you are ready to start making calls, make sure to scrub your list against those two files, usually takes 5 mins and you are good to go.People will still tell you, they are on DNC, be polite and hang up and you are 100% coveredFeel free to PM me anyone, if you need most update DNC list (both state & federal) for free obviously

Dip them in salt and scrub your kitchen sink with them. 

Did you have to do scrubbing as well?

I don't wan't to assume bigger is better because the bigger one could have been the first one and been scrubbed down to 64 pages and outdated info taken out.  

Of course, when I was through I scrubbed out the truck with soap and bleach and hosed it all out to make sure it was clean for the next renter

You may want to scrub your list and determine if any of the absentee owners has multiple properties in the area.
