Essentially you need to reverse engineer this thing, and you need more inputs in order to figure out how to do it. 

Wordpress websites can range from poor to decent based on the quality of the template but the problem is twofold: Wordpress needs to be updated constantly to address bugs and security fixes (which is a pain to do), and Wordpress is primarily a blog engine and doesn't look great for bonafide websites.From my critical eye, I can tell when a website is made on Wix or Wordpress and not in a good way.

I won't close on the dirt until I have approved engineering plans that I can start to move dirt.. these plans usually cost me 75 to 150k upfront. and if I don't get them I lose that money as well.

A robust farmer's market, a new artists district, several new niche employers building down on Exchange St, a micro micro brewery, a proposed $400M expansion of the Historic District to the south of 25th St, and a huge mixed-use development in the works in East Central where the old Rite Aid was.Sounds great, but it's still planet Ogden.
