I am currently evaluating a property across the river in New Albany.

I would take that $20k and leverage it to purchase something a little higher end, in am area going up, like the northeast, or across the river in south Jersey

I focus on Richmond and Columbia counties, but across the river in Aiken and Edgefield county SC we are also seeing similar activity. 

I'd like to find something preferably in Lakewood, Kamm's Corner, West Park or Ohio City, potentially Rocky River.
