Hello fellow BPers, a close friend of mine revealed to me recently that they are selling all their rental properties where we live and relocating out of state.

I agree with you that many times the sponsors themselves do not want to reveal the information.

@Yuriy Skripnichenko, A few things that the Philadelphia Market is not revealing yet but will see by the end of the year.

Try to find the best kept secret then reveal when you intend to be selling.

He was very introverted and the death revealed that he was a hoarder (of books thankfully not like cats or food) and lived in a very under-cared for apartment.

BTW, investigation of Donald Trumps business empire reveal the same flaws.

You can tell as much as you want without offering a deal or revealing the location. 

If the inspection reveals a deal breaker then you can still cancel the agreement.
