This one isn't a serious one. 1/25/25  around 3PM- Mel (wife) and I were at our rental getting it rent ready for our new tenants.

Never think twice about it.If we are making some or all of a mortgage payment for a few years on a vacation rental, it's only the interest that is lost - the rest is paying off the asset, all while the asset continues to go up in value through the years.I hear ya man, but I want something that is flowing positive in addition to any appreciation.

Understanding why specific property sold for "x" and where it went, aka flip/rental/auction, etc., and getting familiar with each zipcode so when the next lead comes up, you are much more educated to handle a conversation or pitch a solution. 2.

You might be surprised, but your rental properties have more in common with dividend-paying stocks than you think!

OP ask your rental property insurer for Umbrella coverage options.  

It has opened my eyes to how single family rentals really work.
