Could not get my mind wrapped around the IT business any more (if you can believe that), too long in I guess (Since 1984), and decided that if I had to relearn or refresh, I was going to make a clean break.

There are many vendors that will take care of grimy grout or minor chips and dents, refresh cabinets, etc for a reasonable cost.  

I have actually read it three times, and still go back to refresh my memory on parts.

Not sure it matters now anyway, I may change it back........so your question was an opportunity to explain mine and refresh me on how it's done too!

They are very professional and we are confident they would be at least as good as other managers.I find it a little refreshing to not have the multitude of different fees.
