I am trying to design a card to recruit more people to my buy list...I plan on going to some property auctions in my area and networking with potential investors there.Any suggestions for what a business card aimed at buyers should look like??

Yes, if it is just painting, then maybe recruit some buddies and pay them with pizzas and knock it out in a weekend. 

Other small piece to keep in mind, search out assignments that are well paying with higher hourly and small stipends (this clearly depends on locations chosen but have your recruiter send breakdowns of options and this is a variable to keep in mind). 

Bottom line is there is always a group of fresh new recruits entering this field who can be taken advantage of, so don't feel alone. 

And during a discussion today a brokerage brought up the fact that it would be hard for me to recruit agents without having a brand name.I would only want agents who are investors, as all our clients are investors, so I would think they would tend to be on the independant side and be more concerned with a high split vs a big brand name.
