Hello I am new here, I want to know how to be a real estate agent here in biggerpockets?

I'm new to real estate investing I didn't even get started yet, I'm just looking for a way to get my foot in the door because I know if I don't I never will 

I am seeking an investment minded real estate agent to work with me on determining (with substantiated estimates that I can share with my parents) the most advantageous path forward, which I believe would be 1) rehab and rent, 2) rehab and sell, or 3) sell “as is”.

Most importantly, I believe anyone who buys investment real estate should be qualified to obtain a loan from a bank, even if they opt to use an alternative lender.

I went with Vivint.com they have a great smart home system no wifi needed, streams on your phone in real time anywhere you are, tamper protection, security alerts and motion detectors and will notify policy if you have a break in.
