Before committing, conduct due diligence, seek independent financial advice, consult with legal experts, and have open conversations with your friend about expectations and potential conflicts.

We have both independently come to ask ourselves the same thing.

When I fire read your post titled "FIRE" I thought you were referring to financial independence!

When the new Host completes their first booking, the relationship ends and the Ambassador is paid, as an independent contractor, by Airbnb (with no cost to new Host).I've worked with over 500+ new Hosts and I'm happy to help you. 

As for me I’ll bypass rules and evaluate each deal independently to see if it fits criteria I choice which I’ve chosen to provide the best shot at reaching my goals.

My suggestion would be to contact a couple of Independent Agents (they handle multiple insurance companies) that write in GA and get quotes. 

Strictly cash flow is great for the financial freedom and independence but the wealth will be built on appreciation.
