@Jon Dorsey The 'environment' does not change business fundamentals.Parks with POH are two separate business: one is the MHP, which generates revenue and expenses from the operation of the park; this has its own value and risk profile.

Mindi Rosser In my market, most direct lenders know of someone who does private money lending so I’ll do a general search for “lender” in Miami and skim each of their profiles to see if it says anywhere that they also do private lending.

As @Ben Leybovich suggested, using the funds from the sale to catapult you toward a better credit profile could be beneficial for you in the long run.Best of luck with whatever you decide!
