Prospective residents could be required to answer customized landlord questions while also needing to provide a valid credit card prior to entry.

@Kelly O'Keefe For more context, we have a business checking account which we have made capital contributions into, and we have put the business expenses on the business credit card and have paid that card off from the business checking account. 

One option is to wait three months, and get some business credit cards under a new business I started so that it does not hit my personal.

We require acceptable printed documentation of income (preferably showing year to date total earnings; hiring letter if new job plus last paystub), savings (they can redact the actual account number, but it must have enough identifying info to prove whose account it is), or whatever applies to their situation (passports, green cards, trust documents).

I do keep larger multifamily in separate LLC.To do one LLC I have multiple bank accounts (taxes, rent deposits,  operating and reserves),  seperate credit card, tax ID, tax filing, property management login, and email. 

So when there is a flag or something is off, I require they submit a pic of the actual SS card to confirm correct identity/use of SS#.
