The legal definition is removing a tenant by force (hopefully through the legal system).If she leaves voluntarily at the end of lease (which is what you want here and what I expect to happen) it is not a legal eviction.

I would post a notice on their door with the incentive if they voluntarily leave by the end of the weekend that they won’t have an eviction on their record.
