Stirring the pot?

You can add nice decorative pots with flowers and plants, as well as just plant them directly in the ground. 

If so, why would you voluntarily do that?

The legal definition is removing a tenant by force (hopefully through the legal system).If she leaves voluntarily at the end of lease (which is what you want here and what I expect to happen) it is not a legal eviction.  

Hardness makes it more robust and "knife, pot, pan, and toddler-proof", busy makes it yet again pretty resilient and able to hide minor imperfections, and niceness subconsciously selects tenants with a more premium mindset ideally.

However some people prefer a cooktop in the island because I guess they like to watch their pots while cooking.

I would post a notice on their door with the incentive if they voluntarily leave by the end of the weekend that they won’t have an eviction on their record.  

A lot of people, maybe not you, want to get to the end of rainbow for the pot of gold, but are looking for a quicker way to get there.

They'd make partial payments, pick up extra jobs, communicate proactively if they wouldn't be able to pay, and/or voluntarily move out.
