Have folks commit to 15/30 minute rolling slots so people feel like they have an appointment vs just it being a true open house.  

I am looking for ideas and samples of a residential lease agreement that I can use for a rental unit in PG County, MD.I saw the realtor agreement, but am not sure if I can use that as I am not a realtor. 

The right edge of that sink cabinet would be only an inch or so from the left edge of the tub, don't like that narrow slot there, and a pedestal sink is a "better fit" there. 

All those silly "you have 10 slots" stuff goes away with commercial.But on the flip side you don't get that sweet 30 year fixed money on apt buildingsI have ~1000 units.

(Except Seaside Highlands)Long story short, there are no more houses built in seaside, monterey, DRO, or PG.  

This allows us to slot a tenant right after them, usually the next day with no rental gap.People are generally grateful and cooperative when you let them out of their obligation and they tend to work with you.

They want to check my personal credit to see what I can get for business credit.  I dont want to get another inquiry on my credit profile.  Its already pretty beaten up.  Has anyone worked with them? Is it worth it?  

Yes even though buyer's agent can request pg 9 on contract to verify seller saw offer and signed it...I'm sure it's still a huge advantage having the listing agent represent you and I say this as an agent myself not getting paid on deal but will be getting compensated for the investment-it just makes more sense that way.
