Buying a nice, permanent, house (even at a good price) is basically an expense).Buying a flip house, living in it, and moving to the next to flip that is a terrible life (in my opinion) and not one I would want for my own newly expanding family.Living in a too small apartment isn't possible (I assume).

Of course it's leaked/leaking so they had to pay to remediate tons of soil, and since the tank was close to the neighbors foundation, they nearly had to pay to shore up the neighbors foundation with permanent concrete ledges/footers!

Epoxy putty, flex seal, whatever you use can patch it for a short while but the real permanent fix is to remove the stretch of pipe which involves removing walls on a tiled bathroom.However, even though the drain line drains from my kitchen, it is located in a wall cavity which separates two units.

Yiv,Unfortunately I have had my share of inherited tenants, illegal move in of a friend after another tenant moved and tenants having someone "stay" on a temporary basis then acquiring the visitor as a permanent tenant.

However, my closing attorney says, no one will give title insurance, and there is a 3 year statute of limitations to challenge a tax sale.This creates a loan problem (the plan was to pay cash using a credit line, then get permanent financing), and even if I could get a loan or cash, it creates a huge risk of someone challenging the tax sale.
