How did it feel walking into that closing room, knowing you were about to own your first investment property?

We own a real estate, mortgage, and property management company solely focused on Short Term Rental Investments How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

If they could afford to own houses they would own the houses but they can't. 

So I would like to get the opinion of some experienced investors.My goal is to buy (3) three to four multifamilies.I inherited a 3 family fully paid off and own my current home.Between the two I have roughly 550-600k in home equity.  

I own an event venue and would like to connect with other event owners and aspiring event owners.

The landlord-tenant attorney that I work with generally recommends using those forms rather than writing my own.

If you own the business and the land, I would keep them together.

I owned for 37 years, raised the rent many times, and later sold for 6X what I paid.
