I am an Independent Real Estate Broker in New Orleans, La.

The areas we are currently thinking about are Harwich, Orleans, and Dennis.  

Question along the same thread....if I won a % of the property (1%) and there are city of New Orleans taxes due on it, would I be liable for only 1% of those taxes as well?
