One thing I often see lacking from the search criteria is client experience.

I'm trying to narrow down some options and do a deeper dive on maybe 2 or 3 of the best potential markets to see which one makes sense to start in. 

These are the ones where you just enter some information about the property into a website and it gives you a report.

There are many STRs that do quite well in the suburbs of major cityies Off the top of my head, I can think of one of the STRs we manage that is 40 mins outside of Dallas and it has a great occupancy rate.
