Sometimes an owner will consider selling off market but does not want to officially list it.

As of just 15 minutes ago the business development and housing development official for the City of Orlando called me to see if we could meet to discuss what incentive they would offer to help with the project as these properties are involved.

Over the past year we have rehabbed it from top to bottom using almost only the rental income so officially it hasn’t made any money but it’s probably worth $100k more than we paid for it.

I figured by documenting this a bit it could make it more my last one officially. 

There is also a reason I keep my official residence in Mississippi even though I spend over half the year in California.  

Being an official BP blog gives the information much more credebility than the author might actually deserve.

I'm trying to look up what the actual ordinances/regulations are but from what I can tell, they don't go into effect until 2019 and there is no official documentation detailing the regulations.

As of this week I'm officially an agent with Keller Williams and I couldn't be happier.

You can also check tax assessor website which will tell you what the property is officially listed as.
