Win-win.At any rate, if you have law students or med students or other grad students (preferably not theater or music majors - they're flaky party animals), see if there is an off-campus housing listing for their grad students, or go talk to them about how to advertise to their grad students.You have to be careful how you word advertising on Craigslist or anywhere, though.

And I'd hire someone to go clean the place every week or ever other week, and include that in the rent.I've heard med students are also great students for the same reasons.Students are great - if you rent to the right niche.

In fact, if I recall correctly, there is a built-in deferment for students starting their own practices (law students, med students).So, as long as the student loans are not in default, I wouldn't worry about them.
