I'm based in Orlando, and work for a major airline as a flight attendant[29 years of age]so I don't have big amount of money but i have some more than average(I would like to think)

I'm open to suggestions, bonus points if there is a non-stop flight from Boston. 

If they cause my flight to occur, they will be charged for this too - all in small claims.

If you're from NYC you'll have plenty of flight options and prices are reasonable..

Plus a cheap direct flight from the west coast sealed it.

Free flights and hotels all day lol

A flight and 1 night's hotel into Indy is not very expensive in the grand scheme of things.

I pre-flighted it and confirmed that you could use a FHA 203k loan to a) buy the house for $1, b) buy a plot with a burnt down or otherwise abandoned/blighted house on it (the remnants of the foundation are how we were going to justify calling it a "renovation"), c) move the house, d) plop it down and attach it to the new foundation, and e) hook up utilities and finish it up.Getting all those pieces lined up in the timeframe that the developer wanted that house gone proved too much of a challenge for that client (lazy client didn't want to resort to arson, can you believe these people?)

I've purchased my flight out there, but I would like to have some potential team members in place to meet before I arrive. 

Central time zone and direct flight you could in theory do a same day turn and come back if you had to.
