But when it is a difference of 60-100 points I have to wonder.Here is why I was so worriedMe and girlfriend spent 5 months backpacking the PCT, we finish and want to buy a house instead of rent.I have over $100,000 in liquid, No Debt, 700+ credit rating but I had to quit my job.Girlfriend has No money, $5000 of school debt, 550 credit score, but an awesome job.We call 2 different Loan officers at 2 at 2 different banks and they tell us they can not loan to us.

But we’ve found frugal things that just work in our lives, we love hiking, so when we travel we skip the tourist traps and just go for a nice hike.We also are into travel hacking, so this summer alone we’ve already been to Florida, California, Alaska as a family, and we’ll be traveling by myself on a backpacking trip with some buds in yosemite in two weeks.

I just closed from the 3 day program like an hour ago.I learned a lot of things that I didn't know.The Mentor tries very hard to push me to increase my credit limit which I did to the amount they wanted but was short about $3k so he pulled out his laptop so I can apply for American express credit card.I saw his desperation in disguise so I immediately back off and told him I'm going to think it through because I have way too much credit than I need personally but it's fine.

Presently the @mentions don't work on a mobile device (iPad, iphone, etc...) and I have to wait to make it to a laptop if I want to use the @mention.

I have to get ready to fly to Atlanta early in the AM, but I'll have my laptop and some time to respond more thoroughly once I get there.But, the reason for those 3 diverse markets: My partner, who also is a property manager is in Southfeild, and manages and owns several hundred SFD's so Michigan makes probably the most sense.

B and B+ properties for the most part here: We usually highly recommend it and give examples of what is NOT covered (tree falling on their car, break-in, the old fish tank leaking onto their laptop, etc) and highlight that when they sign the lease, even have them initialing the highlighted sentence.
