If you have a tenant that is allegedly purposely causing damage to your property, get them out.

Are there any flippers or landlords in the Salt Lake county in need of trash out, move in, move out , lawn care?

It will be up to you to defend any allegation that you are engaged in foreclosure consulting without a license or exemption, if you don't have a license or exemption.

I prefer North Canton, Jackson, Lake, Green as stable areas in the community over some others.

Chicago is on a lake, so our city is a half circle with the center being downtown.  40 miles around the city is already developed so in the new construction boom before the crash we had hundreds of new communities being built on farmland 60 miles out. 

I would target areas like North Everett, Lake Stevens and Marysville.

That doesn't make them fraudulent.No one is going to be required to give you "wet" signatures because you make some allegation of fraud or predatory lending.

Again, I like other markets like Raleigh, Austin, Salt Lake city, Vegas but when the numbers don't make sense; I don't want to waste my time.

In fact, I was buying to hold. it has great views on lake, exactly the one I wanted to live in.

I feel both the greater Reno and Salt Lake area have small plots of land that new modern awesome looking apartments could be built on.
