Is required Electrical at the outdoor and indoor installation points; (is it up to required code)?

Retail is moving in an "experience based" direction meaning that the old widget store you used to go to will move online and be replaced with a concept that is experience based - whether that be the dentist or indoor skydiving.

In the mid 2000's they constructed a indoor pool and jacuzzi, a very nice amenity for residents but they increased the cost of the HOA for 3 years to pay for it.   

The high rise buildings in MB and NBM have high HOAs over $1000 but they usually have indoor pools and slides for the kids.

Then along came electricity and indoor plumbing. 

I have a tenant with indoor furniture outside, which violates the lease. 

Last time, I came back from a vacation to find the heat not working, the indoor temperature had gone down to 42 degrees, and the landlord and his wife were on a Caribbean vacation.  

The house is a 3/2 with a pool and a indoor garage.

And I got to see the indoor painting (the first thing he wanted to do to the property) and he actually did a really good job.

I do make it clear that you shouldn't store indoor items in them because of squirrels/mice  having been know to get into them.
