Solar reports its usage through it, I can control the yard irrigation, and security works through it as well.

Also, if I am a tenant nearing the end of my lease, I going to do my best to skimp on oil usage and leave the tank as close to bone dry as possible.

Also try to get the usage of  utilities, especially if you have to pay them.  

Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.
