Hey BP I’m debating about paying off my investment home first or primary property first. 

Holding company typically if you have multiple companies like a property manager, own property and other businesses. you will end up spending more per year on accounting and state stuff than what you make on your rentals. 

We hosted meetings at The Home Depot in Belleville, Il prior to covid.

Long story short, I have no primary home and the property the guesthouse is being built on is a LLC with 3 years remaining of 20k PPP.

One day I get an urgent text message from our tenant that one of the trees is on its side leaning and wanting to fall into the neighbors home!

Do you get interest on that money that is sitting there in your home? 

The neighborhoods are not upscale but they are desirable so good tenants are typically found quickly.
