I think teaching them to get their own money is...Chris, I graduated from a state school summa cum laude and landed a full fellowship for my PhD at an Ivy League school.

I am 26 years old, graduated from college last year and work a W-2 job.

Hi.I have been in living in Ann Arbor for 8 years and graduated from the MBA program at MSU.

Also, don't listen to people who continue old school book advice about putting 20% down on multiple properties for leverage. 

The apt is fully furnished so it has been pretty easy to keep students as tenants since it’s near the school. 

With that amount of money you have an incredible opportunity to change countless lives by finding ways to give it away to causes/people that are important to you.At the end of the day you can do what you want with it because of the rule we all learned in grade school - "Finders, Keepers"Again, congrats on the huge score!
