Spending time on this forum, reading all the basic books and spending countless days of reading then formulating a plan will leave you with an answer on what to do.

Ask a plumber and electrician to come with you on site and ask them questions as to how they figure the cost and take notes , that would help you formulate your own estimates after speaking with several of them.

Have you formulated something similar for Notes?

Now that I have a VISION (which my wife and I formulated at a Lifeonaire event), I could not be happier.  

There's merit in what he says but at the same time he's a high dopamine guy and not everyone needs to own 1000s of doors lol.I think what's most important is to know exactly what you want, how long you want to take to achieve it, why you want to achieve and then formulate a plan to achieve that. 

I'm trying to formulate a solid plan so that when I approach the bank I can appear somewhat credible.
