Hire a contractor who does have experience and have him show you and do estimates on the fly

As far as getting a sub2 contract, then assigning that contract, I don’t know that I’d want to be stuck in the middle if the buyer fails and law suits start flying.

The guide says shoot for 2% of purchase price for rents, assuming that wont fly in Austin ?
