I would also provide a small line of credit to the partnership which I would charge for of course. 

In other words, if you find a tenant who starts renting on November 20th, then you can charge the original tenant for 20 days of rent and refund the remainder.

You have to know that this job requires you to do uncomfortable things and take charge of situations like this. 

However, do that for the purpose of being able to charge a higher rent.

Petscreening.com supposedly verifies that the health provider does more than charge a fee for the ESA authorization.
