Broker vs the Investor/OwnerAs a real estate investor, the difference between brokers, who generate income by engaging in transactions, and investors, who look to generate wealth by owning is fascinating to me.

I find that to be fascinating, where about in South LA (major intersection)  I have a couple 4plexes in the area, near westmont adjacent to inglewood..

From a transactional and legal standpoint, I find this type of deal fascinating.

It's a fascinating rental model --> some wear & tear advantages since no live-in tenants compared to MFUs, but also some mgmt challenges due to larger client base per sq ft.

I am personally fascinated with the renovation/rehabbing/flipping aspect.

I still look at it, mostly out of curiosity and sometimes out of fascination at just how badly dilapidated some buildings can get and still be "occupied".Seriously though, what makes an apartment complex stand out to you as a possible deal using only the information you can get from Loop Net?

After finding bigger pockets last year and listening to my first podcast, I can proudly say that I was hooked, and have dedicated a lot of my time outside of working as an Audiologist to learning and digesting tibits of real estate investing (who would of thought this could be so fascinating).
