I think typically the conversation is around a stat like AGI, rather than annual net worth growth.

That's a pretty misleading stat.

So I have some interesting market stats for those markets below.  

But like in MS where I did a ton of lending quit claim was the go to title transfer document and created no issue.For me my go to person is usually the title examiner for the title company..

@Nick GerliTo be honest, these graphs and stats that are created by "the experts" make me very skeptical.

Examine it to apply to a local market, and modify it so success is repeatable. 

No formal stats...and nothing newer than 30 years old...the difference between 30 years and 100 years old hasn't been significant.We've done several roofs and replaced lots of air conditioners.  

They will have population stats.
