I have read the city’s guide https://www.slcdocs.com/Planning/Guides/ADU_handbook.pdf but I still have questions.1. can tell that till require the owner to live there for the ADU. 1a is it for permanent residency or is it justified if it is a second home that I would use occasionally?

My new accountant (specializes in RE) wants me to get a 2020 or newer copy so that her QB can read my accountant's copy.

I've also read about Doorvest, and they are trying to make buying a rental property similar to buying a stock with a broker.

We had a laptop with bluetooth connection so they get the readings.

But really read everything here to get started.

Received a letter that they are more than doubling my monthly fee + a $50 meter reading fee, and unfortunately this is a cost that the state does not allow us to pass along to the tenant!

We have taken a few real estate classes and read countless books to grow our financial knowledge.
